Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients of all ages. This role is central to delivering high-quality, patient-centered healthcare in a collaborative, team-based environment. The physician will be responsible for diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to support the overall health and well-being of the community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver direct clinical care including routine physicals, chronic disease management, urgent care, and preventive services
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices
* Collaborate with behavioral health, dental, pharmacy, and case management teams for integrated care
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
* Participate in quality improvement, care coordination, and population health initiatives
* Stay current with medical knowledge through continuing education and maintain licensure and board certification
* Supervise and mentor clinical support staff, and if applicable, residents or students
Required Qualifications:
* Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution
* Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
* Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon (or ability to obtain)
* Current DEA registration and BLS certification
* Strong commitment to serving diverse and underserved populations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a community health or Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting
* Bilingual in Spanish and English
