We have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Assistant to join us. You will provide proactive administrative support to our friendly and supportive team of seven who collectively manage the recruitment of all experienced legal and business support professionals across the firm's four offices, alongside delivering our early talent programmes (trainees, vacation schemes, apprenticeships).
The role
You will play a key role in supporting the full recruitment lifecycle from application to offer for legal vacancies across the firm alongside assisting with key early talent activities and a range of ongoing projects. This role is full of variety and offers an excellent learning opportunity for someone interested in developing their career in recruitment or early talent.
We like to support our people to work in an agile way, so offer a flexible mix of remote and office working, typically with at least one day per week spent in the office. There is scope for the successful candidate to be based from either our Bristol or Leeds office.
What we're looking for from you
The ideal candidate will have had some previous administrative and/or customer-facing experience in a fast-paced, professional environment, alongside excellent communication and time management skills. You will also share our enthusiasm for providing an exceptional candidate and internal stakeholder experience.
