Responsibilities
Hours: Hourly paid contracts are variable and the hours can increase or decrease according to business needs. Day to day duties vary depending on the needs of the team, our students and the wider organisation, keeping things fresh, exciting and rewarding. You will be joining a dynamic and diverse organisation where every day brings new opportunities to learn, connect and make an impact. You will be part of a culture that values collaboration, inclusion and innovation, working alongside people from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences who all share the ambition to make a difference. Required skills and qualifications
* Ability to effectively engage and manage groups of young people
* Ability to effectively communicate in writing, verbally, and through active listening with a diverse group of colleagues, students and stakeholders
* Ability to use a range of Information Technology (IT)/Information Communication Technology (ICT) systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks through to completion within prescribed deadlines
* High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to provide a responsive and professional level of customer service at all times
* English and maths GCSE grade C/4 or above/willingness to obtain, or equivalent skill level
* A qualification, or equivalent vocational experience, in the enrichment activity subject
