The Role Reporting to the Business Unit Controller for Wholesale and Convenience, the Senior National Account Manager will take ownership of key national customer relationships and play a critical role in driving sustainable growth across the business. This is a high-profile commercial role where you will shape and deliver customer strategy, own account P&L, lead Joint Business Planning, and drive performance across both branded and own-label portfolios. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to unlock category growth, improve commercial performance, and build long-term partnerships in a fast-paced FMCG environment. Key Responsibilities Own and manage key national customer accounts, delivering agreed sales and profit targets Lead Joint Business Planning and long-term customer strategy Manage full account P&L, forecasting, and performance reporting Drive growth across branded and own-label ranges Identify and deliver new commercial and category growth opportunities Collaborate with internal teams including supply chain, marketing and finance to ensure aligned execution Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and key stakeholders About You We’re looking for a commercially driven individual who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. Skills and experience Proven experience in a Senior National Account Manager or National Account Manager role within FMCG or large-scale retail, ideally UK grocery Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering customer growth Experience owning account P&L and leading Joint Business Planning Strong negotiation, influencing and relationship-building skills Analytical, organised, and comfortable using data to drive decisions Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Why Join DCS Group?
