About the role
In this role, you’ll act as a subject matter expert for core business systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Point of Sale (POS), providing day-to-day functional support and guidance to key departments. You’ll be responsible for managing incidents, resolving application issues, maintaining user access, and driving enhancements that align with our business needs and strategic technology roadmap.
Working closely with teams across IT and the wider business — including Buying & Merchandising, Finance, Digital, and Retail — you’ll gather requirements, deliver training, support testing activities, and ensure application changes are rolled out smoothly and effectively. You’ll also contribute to developing accurate reports and process documentation, supporting business continuity and user experience at every stage.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience with D365 and retail POS systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
What we are looking for in a candidate…
* Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with D365 and POS systems.
* Proven ability to identify, prioritise, and resolve application issues.
* Experience with ITIL processes (Change, Incident, Problem, Service Request).
* Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively, including out-of-hours support.
* High commitment to continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.
