Working hours for Sales Negotiator:
1. Monday to Friday
2. Alternate Saturdays (with a weekday off in lieu)
Salary package on offer for the Sales Negotiator:
3. Strong basic salary of £26,500
4. Pool commission paid quarterly on top of basic salary

Key duties of the Sales Negotiator role will include:
10. Registering new applicants and maintaining accurate client records
11. Conducting accompanied residential property viewings with professionalism and confidence
12. Managing day‑to‑day administrative tasks to support the sales process
13. Building strong relationships with buyers and vendors to drive successful outcomes
14. Providing excellent customer service and representing the agency to a high standard
Sales Negotiator requirements:
15. Previous experience is preferred, though full training will be provided for the right candidate.
16. Strong knowledge of the local area (advantageous but not essential)
17. Good Maths and English exam results
18. A self‑assured, professional manner
19. Full Uk Driving licence
