Reporting to the Feedstocks Controller, you will be instrumental in ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, and insightful analysis that supports strategic decision-making. You will work closely with on the ground operational teams, providing critical financial guidance and helping to embed a culture of continuous improvement and cost consciousness across the site. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily cost controls (M&R spend,labourutilisation) andleadweekly cost governance reporting. Prepare and present financial insights for Plant Leadership Team (PLT) meetings and DMS. Drive and track productivity initiatives. Lead Bills of Material (BOM) reviews andoptimisationfor OP27. Execute month-end processes, including journalsandcost analysis. Completequarterlyengineering storesauditsandparticipateinR&Pinventorymanagement and counts. Support site Sox audits and monthly manufacturing deck reporting. Provide financial analysis for IBRs, forecasting, and strategic planning processes. Highlight anynewcostrisks and support the plant teamwith an action plan to mitigate What Success Looks Like (by end of 2026): Establish clear, actionable cost controls and transparent spend messaging across the site. Ensure the Plant Leadership Team (PLT) has a comprehensive understanding of actuals and forecasts,facilitatinginformed strategic decisions. Successfully lead the BOM review for OP27, driving operational and financial improvements. Consistently deliver clear, concise insights in monthly flash reporting. Job specific requirements: Youpossessrobust business partnering skills, strong financial acumen, solid understanding of basic accountingprinciplesand excellent Excel skills. You bring proven experience withinlogistics, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors, enabling you to quickly grasp andanalysecomplex operational processes. You excel at understanding intricate processes and simplifying them. You are equally comfortable with office-based analysis and engaging directly on the manufacturing floor. You are adept at navigating and influencing within an established culture, eager toassistwith and drive transformation initiatives. You consistently meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Bonus Points (Good to Have): Proficiencyin SAP andMicrosoft Power BI. Working towards or holding a CIMA qualification (or similar). Demonstrated experience in change efficiency, productivity, or technology implementation initiatives.
