Sales Administrator – Permanent
Location: Papworth
Pay: £26,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, fully onsite + 1 Sat per month
Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their busy, friendly team on a permanent basis, starting immediately.
In this varied role, you’ll play a key part in keeping sales operations running smoothly from processing orders to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Manage administrative duties and customer queries
Process orders, delivery notes, and invoices accurately
Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and warehouse staff to ensure timely dispatch
Handle phone and email enquiries swiftly and accurately
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Previous administrative or office experience preferred
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proficiency with basic IT systems (Microsoft Office, data entry)
Ability to work independently and handle time-sensitive tasks
Schedule:
5 days per week, Monday-Friday
One Saturday per month
8:30am – 5pm (Includes 30 mins lunch break, timing is flexible)
