Job Description:
Join Finnebrogue, a leading food producer recognized for innovation and excellence. We are seeking a forward-thinking Project Manager to lead technology projects across our production sites, including ERP and MES rollouts, automation, and traceability solutions. You will collaborate with production, engineering, sustainability, and IT teams to translate our vision into effective project plans, manage delivery, and ensure impactful outcomes.
* Lead digital and tech projects to enhance production capability and efficiency.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
* Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
* Ensure compliance with food manufacturing standards, including traceability and sustainability.
* Implement systems like ERP, MES, SCADA, and digital quality tools.
* Report progress, risks, and ROI to senior stakeholders.
* Facilitate understanding and success during and after implementation.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years experience managing tech or digital transformation projects.
Hours of Work:
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, core hours 10am to 4pm.
