About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Joiner to join our growing team. The role will involve working on a variety of projects, including: domestic/commercial/heritage/restoration work. You will be responsible for producing high-quality joinery, fitting, and finishing to a professional standard, both in the workshop and on-site.
We're looking for someone who is hands-on, takes pride in their work, and is motivated to grow with us. The right person will not only bring strong joinery skills but also ideas, initiative, and a team-player attitude.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out joinery tasks including cutting, assembling, and fitting timber components.
* Work from technical drawings and specifications to produce accurate results.
* Install doors, windows, staircases, and other bespoke joinery items.
* Restore and repair existing joinery where required.
* Ensure work is completed to a high standard, meeting safety and building regulations.
* Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment.
* Work on-site fitting and completing other carpentry based tasks.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Joiner or Carpenter.
* Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, tools, and materials.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
* Full UK driving licence (preferred).
* CSCS card (advantage, but not essential).
