Are you an experienced Packaging Artwork Manager with a passion for precision, creativity, and print excellence? Great news, our Design and Artwork Team is expanding, and we're looking for a highly skilled Artwork Manager to join us at Taylors of Harrogate. What You’ll Do: As an Artwork Manager at Taylors of Harrogate, you’ll lead the end-to-end packaging artwork process across our brands—Yorkshire Tea, Taylors Coffee, and Taylors Specialty Tea. Reporting to the Creative Lead, you’ll collaborate with a talented team of designers and artwork managers and work with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain brand integrity, technical excellence, and compliance to deliver high-quality, commercially effective packaging. Our Artwork Managers hold responsibility for multiple projects from briefing through to final delivery, ensuring artwork is accurate, print-ready, and visually outstanding. In this role, you’ll play a central part in shaping packaging that not only looks exceptional but performs flawlessly across print and production. About You: We’d love to hear from you if you can bring: A proven track record of managing and creating artwork across FMCG packaging formats, ideally within a packaging artwork or reprographics studio environment Strong technical knowledge of print production, reprographics and colour standards Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat; Mac-based) and artwork approval tools Experience with Asset Management Systems and digital workflow tools Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills—verbal, written and visual—with the ability to build strong stakeholder engagement Proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel Ability to present technical and creative requirements effectively 3D visualisation skills are advantageous This is advertised as a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week over 5 days, however if you would like to discuss flexible working or alternate working patterns, please provide more details in your application. We offer flexibility in when and where you complete your hours (e.g. hybrid working and flexitime), but ideally this would include 2-3 days per week collaborating with your team and peers at our offices in Harrogate.
