We're hiring for a Fleet Specialist who can get stuck in with assisting our new bike fleet launch. The role could cover multiple areas so if you are flexible to unpack, move, fix, and prep bikes as well as driving our vans then this could be for you! The position offers the opportunity to work in our mechanical team, where you will maintain and repair vehicles, ensuring our bikes remain in top shape and provide strong support to our ground team, as well as in our In‑field team where you will utilise vans to perform tasks and keep operations running efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Unpack and sort deliveries
* Move and organise bikes in the warehouse
* Apply stickers and carry out quality checks
* Do quick fixes (pedals, baskets, etc.)
* Drive e‑vans to move the fleet
* Ensure logistics of collecting and providing bikes
* Search for and collect damaged scooters
* Replace batteries
* Perform quick on‑site repairs of the bikes
* Diagnose and repair broken vehicles
* Recycle and dismantle vehicles that cannot be repaired
* Assist with the acceptance, packaging, and provision of new vehicles and batteries arriving at the warehouse
* Support the on‑site team as needed (identify damaged vehicles, clear parking spaces, set up fallen vehicles)
Qualifications
* Valid UK driving licence (12 months, maximum 6 points for minor offences, no major offences)
* Warehouse and tools experience
* Positive attitude and team mindset
* In‑depth knowledge of your city and accustomed to driving in it
* Responsible team player who can manage tasks alone and work well with a group
* Ability to motivate others and share knowledge within the team
* Pragmatic problem‑solving mentality, executing tasks, finding solutions, and reaching team targets and OKRs
* Ready to navigate your city in a van under any weather and traffic conditions
* Ability to react calmly to stressful situations (poor parking, traffic)
* Physical condition that allows carrying heavy loads
* May be required to go through a DBS Check for this role

* Location: Barrowfield, Glasgow (7 mins from Dalmarnock Station)
* Dates: ASAP for 2 months
* Pay: £14.14 per hour
* Contract: 2‑month temporary, working 10am–4pm Mon‑Fri (30 hrs per week)
