We’re looking for a passionate, driven, Business Intelligence Analyst with strong Power BI expertise to help elevate how we use data across the business.

Key Responsibilities
* Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver clear, accurate, and actionable insights.
* Work with well-structured SQL data models from our Data Engineers, contributing to their ongoing refinement as business needs evolve.
* Partner with marketing and sales teams to understand their objectives and deliver timely, impactful data solutions that support our growth.
* Integrate and analyse data from platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, PPC tools, and Salesforce.
* Support the Marketing Analytics Manager in fostering a data‑led culture and promoting self‑service BI.
* Define, document, and deliver KPIs and dashboards aligned with business strategy.
* Share best practice and contribute to continuous improvement across the BI function.
* (Desirable) Explore opportunities to apply AI and advanced analytics to enhance reporting and insight.
About You
* Proven experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI – you’re confident as the team’s go‑to expert.
* Strong SQL skills for querying and transforming data.
* Understanding of marketing and sales data, ideally with exposure to Google Ads, Google Analytics, PPC, and related tools.
* Experience working with or building reports in Salesforce, or another CRM.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – able to translate data into stories and actionable insights.
* Curious, detail oriented, and proactive in improving data quality and reporting efficiency.
* (Nice to have) Experience with AI tools or predictive analytics.
* (Nice to have) Knowledge and experience of implementing Google Tag Manager tagging and tracking pixels.
