The Role Reporting the Managing Director, this role is designed for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who serves as the central administrative and executive support function within our high-powered corporate environment. The incumbent will ensure the seamless operation of the Elstree HQ by preparing high-impact executive presentations, collating and analyzing data for executive reports, and managing critical administrative tasks (including vendor registration and regulatory filings). The position demands exceptional organizational abilities, discretion with confidential information, and a talent for optimizing processes in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Key Accountabilities Executive Support: • Act as the primary liaison for the Managing Director and COO, ensuring efficient communication and follow-up on strategic initiatives. • Prepare and refine high-level presentations and reports for executive meetings and briefings, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and visual impact. Executive Reporting: • Collate, analyze, and summarize key data from various departments to prepare comprehensive executive reports that support strategic decision-making. Administrative Oversight: • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including vendor registration, processing regulatory filings, and ensuring compliance with both internal and external standards. • Coordinate domestic and international travel, meeting arrangements, and logistics for senior executives. Process Optimization: • Continuously review and enhance office procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. • Lead projects and initiatives aimed at driving improvements in administrative processes and internal communications. Stakeholder & Communication Management: • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, vendors, and internal teams, maintaining a professional and positive company image. • Manage diverse channels of correspondence (email, telephone, face-to-face), ensuring prompt and clear communication across all levels of the organization.
