Are you a visionary leader with a heart for care and a head for strategy? Sanctuary Care is on the lookout for a dynamic, inclusive, and values-driven Care Director to lead our London & South East region – home to 30 nursing and residential care homes.

What you’ll be doing
* Leading a team of passionate Regional Managers, backed by central support teams.
* Championing outstanding care and enriched lives for every resident.
* Driving performance across quality, compliance, and commercial KPIs.
* Building strong relationships with local authorities and commissioners.
* Supporting recruitment, training, and motivation of our amazing care teams.
* Ensuring our homes are places where people thrive – residents and staff alike.
What you’ll bring
* Proven leadership experience in the care home sector.
* Strategic thinking with commercial flair.
* A people-first mindset – balancing care, compliance, and culture.
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
* A full, valid UK driver’s licence (you’ll be out and about!).
