Business Development Manager Weston-super-Mare/North Somerset Basic Salary of £30k with a realistic OTE of £35k (Uncapped Pooled Commission) Monday - Friday 8.45am-6.00pm Business Development Manager – Weston-super-Mare / North Somerset Due to continued growth and market demand, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our award-winning lettings team, based at our thriving Weston-super-Mare branch. Covering Weston and North Somerset, you’ll play a leading role in expanding our presence across the region, bringing energy, strategy, and leadership to our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who’s confident in valuations and negotiations and eager to take the next big step in their lettings career.
