Salary: £35,000 - 48,000 per year Requirements: Experience in general machinery/plant repairs. Welding and fabrication experience desirable. Full driving license and willingness to travel and work away. Flexibility, reliability, and self-motivation. Ability to work both independently and within a team. Strong decision-making skills. Understanding of the importance of quality customer service. CSCS and Health and Safety qualifications are desirable but not mandatory (training will be provided). Availability for weekend work when required. Responsibilities: Perform maintenance and repair tasks on concrete equipment. Travel to customer sites to provide on-site service and support. Collaborate with the team and work independently as required. Make sound decisions to ensure the quality of customer service. Maintain a flexible and reliable work schedule.
