Job Description

Due to continued growth our Lutterworth site are now recruiting for an Operations Administrator to join their friendly team on a full time permanentbasis.

Working hours: Any 5 in 7 days, 7am-4pm.

As an Operations Administrator you will be responsible for the day to day management of the workload of site administration, ensuring all issues are dealt with effectively and in a timely manner and to ensure that all tasks and outputs are carried out in a timely manner and to the required standard.

Key Duties of an Operations Administrator:

1. Organise and plan fleet maintenance schedules to ensure they are up to date including servicing and MOT’s.
2. Checking all scheduled events have been booked and work completed.
3. Communicating with suppliers and internal customers, coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs.
4. Ensure compliance paperwork is received and loaded onto the platform.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all company vehicles.
6. Auditing fleet records and databases to ensure they are complete, up to date, and accurate.
7. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
8. Ensure that transport administration is completed on time, in full and accurate including but not limited to; vehicle files, driver timesheets, etc.
9. Weekly paid colleague payroll administration, including any queries.
10. Ensure that all company noticeboards are kept up to date.

Qualifications

11. Previous experience within an administrative role is required.
12. Attention to detail and accuracy.
13. Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information.
14. Able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
15. Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel, Word, Outlook.
16. Able to work without direct supervision.
17. Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines.
