Senior Store Manager required for a Garden Centre in the Biggleswade / Bedford area.
Our client is the 7th largest Garden Centre group in the UK and represents a new wave of specialist horticultural and leisure retailers who are committed to offering best quality products and service as a matter of course. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced retail Manager for an established and expanding garden centre near Biggleswade.
Store Managers play a key role in the business, as well as being inspirational leaders they are focused on developing a sales and service-based culture in order to exceed customer expectations. This role offers full autonomy to lead and develop the centre and you will be encouraged to utilise your knowledge and commercial trading skills to drive performance.
