Their clients expect a thoroughly professional approach with outstanding design solutions, products and service. In this role you will therefore need to demonstrate a flair for creative solutions with both design and practicality in mind. You will need to have a fine eye and attention to detail and be extremely thorough in the design and delivery of your projects. They are ideally seeking an experienced candidate who can lead the London studio and be the main contact for all their London contacts. Skills and Experience sought for the Sales Designer role: A knowledge of timber, timber technology, wood veneers, wood finishes / techniques, cabinet making and joinery construction methods A knowledge of quality kitchen appliances, work surfaces and sanitary ware would be beneficial Minimum 5 years' kitchen sales and design experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills CAD user preferable Salary and Benefits package: Salary: £40k to £45k plus uncapped commission OTE £60k to £80k plus private medical and dental insurance, company pension, and regular company events.
