We're looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to support the effective day-to-day operation of the Royal Hotel, ensuring exceptional service is delivered to every guest while providing strong leadership and support to our team.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Supporting the Operations Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the hotel.
* Leading, motivating, and developing team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
* Managing guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and effectively.
* Working closely with all departments to ensure excellent communication and seamless service delivery.
* Assisting with staff training, coaching, and performance development.
* Monitoring operational standards and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and hotel procedures.
* Acting as a duty manager and providing hands‑on leadership across the hotel.
What You'll Need:
* Previous supervisory or management experience within the hospitality industry.
* Experience in hotel operations, Food & Beverage, or Conference & Banqueting is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong customer service focus with the ability to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
* Proven ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* A positive, proactive attitude and a flexible approach to work.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
