What you’ll be doing
* Owning and scaling a niche desk within the life sciences sector
* Building long-term partnerships with clients and candidates in a values-led, consultative way
* Managing the full 360 recruitment process across contingent and retained mandates
* Collaborating with a highly experienced leadership team
What you’ll earn
20% commission on billings
Recent case: a consultant who joined from scratch in June last year billed £126,000 in April and earned £37,100 in commission
* 1pm Friday finishes
* Hybrid working (typically 3 days in-office, 2 from home)

* Recruiters with 360 success
* Life sciences, tech, or engineering sector experience is desirable
