As Service Support Administrator you will be responsible for:
* Maximising the conversion of the service division opportunities
* There will be lots of customer liaison - you will be making outbound calls to convert quotations, re-engage existing customers for repeat business/services and to up sell brand new service plans
* Managing all of the opportunities on the company system by way of updating, converting, archiving, as well as explaining the benefits and advantages of the service team
* Scheduling engineers time plus rescheduling, where necessary
* Ad-hoc admin tasks
