The primary responsibility of the Tree Officer is to inspect our tree stock, address customer inquiries, and manage work with contractors to create and maintain a suitable green environment. We require the postholder to have a relevant qualification of at least Level 2 and the ability to inspect and manage our tree stock using our LOB system and mobile technology. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and well-organised, with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing service excellence. This role requires regular site visits, so it is essential to possess a full, clean, and current driving license.
