About the Role As an SEN LSA, you will play a vital role in supporting students with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including learning difficulties, physical disabilities, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. Key responsibilities include: Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils Assisting teachers with adapting learning activities and resources Supporting students’ social, emotional, and behavioural development Encouraging and reinforcing positive behaviour strategies Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and wider school staff Supporting personalised learning plans to help pupils reach their full potential About You Experience working in an SEN setting is desirable but not essential A patient, empathetic, and understanding approach Strong communication and relationship-building skills Flexible and proactive when supporting diverse needs A genuine passion for helping young people thrive Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
