1. Providing an outstanding customer service experience to all visitors and employees being their main point of contact
2. Building great relationships with the clients and work together towards the same goals
3. Using and understanding office booking systems, supporting the team on their office visit as well as organising meetings and activities
4. Proud of the office and ensuring that everything is up to the set standards
5. Taking ownership of different projects and ensure effective communication
