🔍 The Role
As a Medical Information Customer Experience Specialist, you will:
* Respond to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients via phone, email, webform, live chat, or mail
* Provide accurate, high‑quality medical and technical information in Swedish
* Document inquiries and responses in line with SOPs and regulatory standards
* Identify and report adverse events and product quality complaints
* Support second‑line activities such as escalation management and content creation
* Collaborate with cross‑functional colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
* Act as a point of contact for country‑specific medical information needs
🧠 What You’ll Bring
Essential:
* Degree in a life science or healthcare field
* 1–2 years’ experience in medical information or a related area (preferred)
* Strong customer service mindset
* Excellent communication skills in Swedish (C2/native) and English
* Ability to work with accuracy, clarity, and compliance
Preferred:
* Pharmacy degree
* Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
* Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
