The L&D Team based in our Birmingham Head Office are looking for a Learning & Development Consultant to join their successful team. This is a varied role that would suit someone with prior experience of teaching, training or recruitment. The ideal Learning & Development Consultant would need to be: Friendly Motivated Confident Positive Self-reflective Driven Prior experience and understanding of Microsoft Power Point and Excel would be ideal as well as a keen eye for designing engaging training material.
