* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

Trident Healthcare are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Medical Records Administrator to support the MRI department at a Private Hospital based in Hove, East Sussex. Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain patient medical records with accuracy and confidentiality

Support the MRI department with administrative tasks including record retrieval and filing
*
Liaise with clinical staff to ensure timely access to documentation
*
Handle medical notes and trolleys in accordance with health and safety protocols
*
Participate in induction training and adhere to hospital compliance standards
Requirements
*
Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative setting preferred
*
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*
Comfortable handling sensitive information
*
Available to start immediately
