Working Hours: 7:00am – 3:00pm, part-time to start (flexible over 5-6 days) Hourly Rate: £14.00/hour, depending on experience Contract Type: Fixed-term with a view to permanent Breakfast & Lunch Service: * Prepare and serve a high-quality breakfast and lunch menu for guests, visitors and staff. * Ensure consistent quality, presentation and portion control. * Set up and clear down kitchen and cafe areas for service. Menu Development: * Develop seasonal lunch offerings based on fresh ingredients and local produce. * Collaborate on future menu planning for evening events, functions, and dinners. * Test and trial small event dishes, canapés, buffets and bespoke requests. Operational Standards: * Maintain all food hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards (Level 2 Food Hygiene minimum). * Ensure efficient stock control, kitchen maintenance and waste reduction. * Operate tills, handle payments, and maintain front-of-house presentation.
