Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the company and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
* Develop and implement care plans for clients, ensuring their individual needs are met.
* Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
* Manage carers to ensure proper medication administration and management.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care, staff training, and facility operations.
* Monitor the overall well-being of clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
* Collaborate with families and clients to create a supportive and nurturing environment.
* Implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure living environment.
Skills:
* Experience in Domiciliary care management.
* Previous experience as a registered manager with the CQC is preferred.
* Expert knowledge of medication administration protocols and practices.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and staff members.
* Proficient in developing care plans tailored to individual needs.
* Familiarity with dementia care strategies and techniques.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation.
