Candidate responsibilities:
* Improve cost effectiveness
* Submit tax returns
* File receipts for expenses
* Process and record all cash transactions on a daily basis
* Assist in projects

* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Able to work off own initiative
* Ability to form relationships
* MUST BE ACA OR ACCA QUALIFIED
* BACKGROUND WITHIN REAL ESTATE
