You will have experience working in a busy restaurant and/or bar and be seeking the next step in your career. As the face of the restaurant and bar within our hotel, you'll help control the flow and communicate with the kitchen and management team to ensure a smooth dining experience for our guests.
We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and need people to work various shifts and days—offering great flexibility. Our busiest times are evenings and weekends, but shift patterns and hours are flexible and can be discussed at interview. We offer nationally recognized apprenticeships alongside detailed brand training to help you excel and make a difference in guest experiences.
