In the Project Officer role, you will be: Supporting Project Managers with the delivery of activities and sessions across Conwy county Attending community events and sessions, helping to ensure smooth running and positive engagement Liaising with participants, partners, and stakeholders to foster strong working relationships Keeping accurate records and assisting with general administration and data entry Taking a proactive approach to problem-solving and adapting to community needs To be successful, you will need: Excellent communication skills and strong professional boundaries The ability to engage effectively at all levels, from participants to partner organisations Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A genuine interest in community engagement and the ability to build trust A proactive, adaptable mindset and creative approach to challenges Confident administration skills and experience using MS Office A full driving licence and access to a vehicle This is a temporary position for 8 weeks, working full time 37 hours per week Monday to Friday. You'll be on an hourly rate of £13.47 per hour benefits, and based in modern offices in Colwyn Bay, with travel across Conwy county.
