IT Support Engineer

We’re looking for a proactive IT Support Technician to join our small, friendly team in an Internal / On-Site Support capacity. This is a hands-on role supporting multiple departments and locations.
About the Role:
* Deliver 1st & 2nd Line IT support to users across the estate
* Troubleshoot and support a variety of systems and devices
* Assist with hardware and software projects, including installations and upgrades
* Support the maintenance and monitoring of networks, equipment audits, and workstation builds
* Help ensure compliance with GDPR, PCI DSS, and other regulatory standards
* Full UK driving licence required (travel between local sites)

* Windows Server
* Active Directory
* Switching
* Telephony
* EPOS systems
Important notes:
* This is a mostly office-based role; therefore, applicants must be willing to commute on a daily basis.
* Full driving license is required.
