Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with one of the largest Property Services Contractors in the UK, who are currently on the look out for a Site Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. As a Site Administrator, you will be responsible for all of the data entry, compliance and communication across site and head office.

What are we looking for?
* Prior experience working as an administrator with a retrofit / decarbonisation project is a MUST.
* Someone who thrives in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,Outlook)
* Full UK's driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the day-to-day running of the site, being the main point of contact between site and off-site teams.
* Handling all data that comes into site and ensuring that it is all being logged correctly and efficiently.
* Arrange and support construction meetings and events.
* Support the construction Director with the distribution of construction-related documents and reports to site teams and relevant stakeholders and members of the supply chain.
* Maintain an accurate and efficient electronic filing and archiving system.
* Be familiar with the Company’s Safety, Health, and Environmental policies.
