Location: Onsite, Leamington Spa

Working Pattern: 5 days per week onsite
About the Role
We're urgently seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer (Level 1/2) to provide hands-on technical support within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will act as the first point of contact for users, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and systems remain stable. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys varied workloads, autonomy, and direct interaction with end-users.
What You'll Be Doing
* Delivering daily support across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
* Handling and resolving support tickets, escalating to Level 3 where required
* Installing and configuring IT equipment and peripherals
* Supporting Microsoft 365 administration and basic Windows Server tasks
* Completing onboarding tasks for new starters, including account creation and workstation setup
* Monitoring systems and ensuring smooth IT operations
* Documenting fixes and contributing to internal knowledge articles
* Supporting basic networking (Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP)
* Assisting with building-related systems such as CCTV, heating, and security
