My client, a franchise dealer, is recruiting for Sales Executives to join their expanding team in Barnsley. This client is taking the dive into the Electric Vehicle market and would like to see applications from those who can become passionate about this sector and will be able to champion the brand. Perhaps you've always wanted to try an electric car? Well you can with this client, as they will provide you with a company car as part of the role! This will allow you to truly understand what it takes to be a sales executive in this market.
In this Car Sales Executive role you will be:
9. Telephone prospect new and existing customers.
10. Effectively promote and sell additional items such as GAP, paint protection, service plans and warranties.
11. Keep up to date with current finance options regulations and legislation to be able to provide our customers with all available options.
12. Take the time to talk to people & build a genuine rapport in order to identify exactly what your customer needs, turning opportunities into business.
13. Meet sales volume targets and maximise profit opportunities with each sale.
14. Exceed customer satisfaction and promote long term profitability for the Dealership & Group.
For this Car Sales Executive role you will need:
15. Brilliant rapport building skills.
16. Motivation and drive.
17. The ability to deliver a first class Customer buying experience and maximise every profit opportunity.
18. An enthusiasm and passion for exceeding targets.
19. Knowledge of IT Systems including Microsoft Office
20. A full, UK driving licence.
21. Experience working in a target-driven retail sales background.
22. Exceptional Customer Service skills.
23. Strong and effective communication skills.
