Fortnum & Mason are looking for an exceptional Sales Associate to join our unique Lower Ground Floor team of our Flagship Piccadilly store. Responsible for demonstrating world-class service, our new team member will possess passion for our product, and an ability to bring this to life for each and every customer.

What You'll Do:
* Curate and display a diverse range of charcuterie items including Spanish meats and Iberico hams
* Provide a personalised, luxury experience for our customers
* Lead charcuterie tastings and provide expert advice and recommendations to customers
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in a fast paced environment in a similar role in food (working with meats beneficial but not essential)
* Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
* A friendly warm approach with great people skills
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
* Outstanding communication skills
