Nightshift Highways Supervisor* - Please note this is a nightshift only role. As a Supervisor, you will play a critical role in assisting the construction manager in overseeing the delivery of highway improvements. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in highways engineering, specifically in surfacing, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects. * Monitor project schedules and collaborate with contractors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure adherence to timelines. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily site records, including photos, equipment, and labor resources. * Assist in resolving site and construction-related issues, communicating changes to Scheme Engineer, Designers, and Quantity Surveyors. * Conduct daily inspections of Traffic Management layouts, addressing any identified issues promptly.
