Salary: Up to £26,000pa dependent on experience
Contract: Full time – 37.5 hours per week.
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am – 5.30pm
About You
The day-to-day
As a Team 247 Inbound Complaints Executive you’ll spend your days helping to deliver fair outcomes for customers who have complaints, queries, or issues to resolve.
That looks like:
1. Responding to - and resolving – both non-regulated and regulated complaints cases
2. Compiling accurate and detailed case notes
3. Writing investigation reports with the relevant evidence included
4. Bringing complains to a conclusion and drafting final response letters
