Your Mission
You’ll own and grow our hydraulic bolt tensioning portfolio—from conventional systems including our customised solutions, to cutting-edge smart and automated solutions. You’ll lead global product launches, shape go-to-market strategies, and work closely with customers, sales teams, and R&D to build a powerful ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
1. Own and evolve the bolt tensioning product portfolio
2. Lead global product launches and marketing campaigns
3. Collaborate with R&D teams in the UK and Sweden
4. Create value-driven sales tools and training programs
5. Drive digital transformation and software integration
6. Partner with suppliers to expand our bolting offering
7. Support customer centers with strategic business planning
8. Strengthen our global market presence and brand visibility
9. Ensure ethical compliance and uphold corporate values
