An exciting 12-month temporary vacancy has arisen within the Business Support Team in the National Risk and Resilience Department of the Scottish Ambulance Service. We are looking to recruit an experienced Business Support Coordinator who is motivated, organised and enthusiastic.

The post holder will provide comprehensive business and administrative support to the NRRD Senior Leadership Team in a professional, effective and efficient manner. The post holder will be required to demonstrate a high level of initiative, setting up systems, organising and prioritising often competing and conflicting demands. Applicants should be self-motivated and able to work in a challenging and busy environment.

Applications are invited from candidates who have an HNC in business studies or equivalent and have considerable experience in the field; are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), have excellent time management and organisational skills and have well developed communication skills including the ability to deal sensitively with people.

This is a stimulating and varied role which will offer considerable job satisfaction to the ideal candidate. As this role will be required to deal with sensitive information, security vetting is required.
