You will be the linchpin in coordinating the smooth importation and exportation of goods, ensuring that everything is delivered on time and in compliance with regulations. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the full cycle of freight movements across air, sea, and road. Preparing and reviewing essential shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs declarations. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Liaising with overseas agents, carriers, and clients to coordinate the timely and efficient movement of goods. Troubleshooting any logistical challenges with your strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. What We're Looking For: We need someone who has a passion for logistics, a sharp eye for detail, and an eagerness to thrive in a dynamic environment. To be successful in this role, you'll need: At least 3 years of experience with a UK-based freight forwarder, specializing in air, sea, and road freight Hands-on experience in import/export operations, including customs clearance.
