Person Specification
* To be considered for this role, you should have prior experience in caring for older adults, a genuine compassion for the elderly, and excellent communication skills. A can‑do attitude, strong problem‑solving abilities, and a commitment to providing the highest standard of care are also essential. While formal qualifications are not required, a willingness to undergo training and develop your skills will be highly valued.
