About the Role

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. You’ll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship and sharing great moments and memories too. It’s a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment. Person Specification

* To be considered for this role, you should have prior experience in caring for older adults, a genuine compassion for the elderly, and excellent communication skills. A can‑do attitude, strong problem‑solving abilities, and a commitment to providing the highest standard of care are also essential. While formal qualifications are not required, a willingness to undergo training and develop your skills will be highly valued.
