Your Role
You will join the Platform Design team, which provides essential support across many cross‑cutting features and experiences that power Dialpad’s AI‑powered business communications suite. We’re looking for a Product Designer who’s excited to explore a variety of product challenges across the entire Dialpad ecosystem. You’ll collaborate closely with other designers, engineers, and product managers to craft intuitive, scalable experiences that help people connect and communicate better—powered by AI. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys learning quickly, adapting to new problem spaces, and experimenting with AI tools as part of a growing design practice. This position reports to our Sr. Manager, Product Design, and is based in our London Office, UK, with hybrid working.
What You’ll Do
* Design clear, scalable experiences in collaboration with others across the Dialpad platform.
* Participate in problem discovery and ideation, turning insights into clear user flows, prototypes, and design solutions.
* Collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners to align on requirements and bring work from concept to implementation.
* Use AI tools to accelerate research, generate ideas, and explore design variations.
* Apply excellence in interaction and visual design, raising the bar for quality and usability across your work.
* Present your work clearly and incorporate feedback often.
* Support usability testing and research efforts to learn directly from users and continuously improve designs.
Skills You’ll Bring
* 2–4 years of product design experience.
* Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design, interaction design, and UX design skills.
* Curiosity and adaptability, comfortable exploring different types of projects and problem domains.
* Clear communication and thriving in collaborative, cross‑functional settings.
* Enjoy learning from feedback and iterating quickly.
* Comfortable using AI‑assisted design tools for exploration, ideation, and research.
* Value inclusive, accessible, and human‑centered design.
Extra‑special Candidates Will Have
* Deep experience using AI tools to assist their work.
* Familiarity with communications, collaboration, contact centre, or AI products.
* Demonstrated ability to work with front‑end technologies and collaborate with engineers to implement designs.
* Experience in SaaS or platform design environments.
