Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Linton
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
Term: Permanent
Hours: Mon - Fri Full time (this is a fully office based role)
Key Responsibilities:
Contracts
Negotiate and renew contracts with energy, telecom, and printer suppliers.
Manage supplier accounts and monitor contract performance. Purchasing & Suppliers
Raise purchase orders using internal systems for supplies and equipment.
Order and maintain office supplies and postage systems.
Liaise with cleaning and delivery companies.
Check and reconcile supplier invoices and deliveries. Shipping
Obtain quotes, book shipments, and prepare necessary shipping documents.
Track deliveries for domestic and international shipments.
Prepare export documentation such as Certificates of Origin. Travel
Arrange travel for staff including hotels, flights, visas, and hire vehicles.
Manage travel-related charges and documentation.
Prepare visitor or customer visa invitations as required. General Administration
Monitor shared inbox and delegate emails as appropriate.
Manage company vehicle documentation and maintenance.
Oversee tools and equipment servicing and warranty registration.
Submit monthly meter readings and assist with audits.
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the right department.
About You:
Ability to prioritise work within tight deadlines and to remain calm under pressure.
Good sense of humour whilst maintaining a professional approach to the promotion of the company.
Good working knowledge of SAGE, Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent telephone manner.
You must have your own car due to the location of the office.
This is a full time, office based role.
