What You’ll Be Doing
* Creating a warm, supportive space where every child feels safe, seen and celebrated.
* Planning in-the-moment experiences that spark genuine curiosity.
* Using meaningful interactions and purposeful play to drive learning.
* Keeping engaging learning journeys and supporting assessments.
* Partnering with families so each child’s needs are met.
* Boosting “school-readiness” language, confidence, independence.

* Hold a Level 2/3 (or higher) early-years qualification.

* Have recent pre-school experience and know the EYFS inside out.
* Believe in child-led learning and following children’s interests.

* Communicate brilliantly with both families and teammates.

The Important Stuff
* Salary: from £26,000 (DOE & qualifiers)
* Hours: Four days, 7:30 am – 6 pm
* Setting: Bright, spacious pre-school room packed with laughter & learning.
* Qualification: Relevant Early Years Qualification – Level 2/3
