Role Overview:
The Technical Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality within the organization. This position requires a skilled individual who can work closely with the food technologists to source and evaluate products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with category and regional food technologists to source and evaluate products.
* Ensure specifications are accurate and compliant, labels and artwork technically compliant.
* Manage NCR complaints effectively and allocate to relevant technologist.
* Coordinate audits and keep supplier documentation up to date.
