We require a dynamic and collaborative teacher who is strong in relational practice to teach physical education and health in our collegial, innovative faculty. We seek a teacher to join our kura in a full-time, fixed-term role from term 1 2026 to the end of term 1, 2027. You will be teaching a range of classes from Y7 to Y13. This is a great opportunity to continue to grow your career in a supportive, well-resourced kura with aspirational learners.
You will be:
* Committed to honouring Te Tiriti and embedding Mātauranga Māori into your physical education and health learning environment
* A teacher who has high expectations of teaching and learning
* Experienced in the delivery of physical education and health learning
* Practiced at establishing and maintaining professional relationships that focus on learning and the well-being of ākonga
* Committed to embedding literacy practices into learning opportunities to aid learning in physical education and health.
* Adept at designing and executing differentiated learning in the Physical Education and Health curriculum
* Confident using technologies to enhance learning experiences
* A teacher with strong organisational skills
* Aligned with our values of Respect, Aroha, Endeavour and Enthusiasm, Generosity and Integrity
